The Mardi Gras Benefit is dining and dancing in a unique and interesting venue. Ticket price includes appetizers, a multi-course dinner, beer, wine, dessert and dancing to a live orchestra.

Like the "Big Easy", it's a "set your own pace" event. Froggy's Catering will provide New Orleans style appetizers (Brochette of New Orleans Sausage & Sweet Tomato, Creole Deviled Eggs, Spicy Avocado & crab Meat, Alligator Sausage, and Dixieland Chicken Wings), a dinner buffet that includes Mixed field Greens with Mango Vinaigrette, Cold Grilled Vegetables, Andouille & Chicken Jambalaya, Blackened Catfish, Dirty Rice and a sumptuous dessert buffet of Banana & Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake, Fresh Fruit Salad and an Assortment of Mini Mardi Gras Cupcakes. Entertainment and dance music will be provided by the Dick Judson Orchestra; the children of Saint Luke Academy will present a short program. Silent and live auctions will raise money for the Saint Luke Academy scholarship program.

Saint Luke Academy does not turn away students who desire a faith-based education but cannot pay full tuition. Your participation makes it possible for students who lack financial means to take advantage of our quality program.
