for Seniors

The concept for the Renaissance-Saint Luke Senior Living facilities was developed by the sponsoring agencies, Saint Luke Church and Renaissance Companies, to meet a critical need in the Lake View Community.

The primary goal for this venture is to provide housing opportunities for senior citizens who currently find themselves, because of their fixed-income status, being forced out of the very community they have worked all their lives to support and advance.

Renaissance Saint Luke, independent living for residents 55 and older, offers 90% of the units at "affordable rates" (sliding scale federal guidelines based on income).  10% are offered at market rate.

The proposed Saint Luke Renaissance-Greenview Place is designed to help seniors who do not require a nursing home, but who need a little help with some of their daily activities in order to enjoy the privacy of their own apartments.  90% of the units will be offered at affordable rate, 10% at market rates.
